My go-to restaurants

So I know this may be a bit hit and miss with everyone’s taste buds! However my number one cuisine to visit is Japanese! I love sushi! And you will find the majority of the dishes are fodmap friendly, making for a less stressful night of eating out. In saying this, be wary of sauces containing any hidden ingredients! Regardless if I’m visiting a restaurant for sushi, or another cuisine I will still always make them aware of my intolerance’s (you never know some may amend some of your favourite dishes to suit your dietary needs!)

Breakfast/brunches are another one of my favourite ‘easy’ go to places for eating out. Numerous eateries now cater for gluten free and dairy, meaning you can usually order gluten free toast, pancakes and waffles! I love eggs, so tend to stick with eggs/salmon. I have also noticed that more and more places are offering almond milk, which is so handy if you fancy porridge and can’t tolerate soy milk like myself.

What are your go-to restaurants when dealing with intolerances?
